1. Who we are
FSG Global ("FSG", "we", "us" or "our") is a performance marketing agency operating across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. This website is fullsendglobal.com. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@fullsendglobal.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in the contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to share. That typically includes your name, email address, company name, your monthly ad spend range, and whatever you write in the message field. If you become a client, we also process the business and campaign information needed to deliver the work.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the site, some technical information may be collected through cookies and similar technologies. This can include your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and general location inferred from your IP. We use this to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure our marketing.
We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive categories of data (such as health, biometric, or financial account numbers) through this website.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use a small number of them, grouped as follows:
- Essential cookies. Needed for the site to load and function. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics cookies. Help us understand which pages are visited and how the site performs, so we can improve it.
- Advertising cookies and pixels. Set by advertising platforms so we can measure the performance of our own campaigns and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.
Where the law requires it (for visitors in the UK and EU in particular), non-essential cookies are only set after you give consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time through your browser settings or our cookie controls. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
4. Third-party tools and processors
We use trusted third parties to run the website and our marketing. Each only receives the data it needs, and each has its own privacy policy. The main categories are:
| Purpose | Tools we use or may use | What they process |
|---|---|---|
| Website hosting | Netlify | Serves the site and processes server logs including IP address. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager | Usage and device data to measure site performance. |
| Advertising pixels | Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel | Site events and identifiers used to measure and optimise our advertising. |
| Email and CRM | Our email provider and customer relationship management system | Contact details and enquiry history so we can respond and manage the relationship. |
We use these tools to measure our own marketing and run our business. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
5. How we use your data
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- Provide, manage and improve our services if you become a client.
- Measure and improve the website and our marketing.
- Send you information you have asked for, and, where permitted, occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.
- Keep records, meet our legal obligations, and protect against fraud or misuse.
6. Legal bases for processing (UK and EU)
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, we rely on one of these legal bases under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR:
- Consent for non-essential cookies and for any marketing emails.
- Contract where we need to process data to deliver services you have asked for.
- Legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business and website, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation where we must keep or disclose data to comply with the law.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information only with the service providers listed above, with professional advisers where necessary, and with authorities where the law requires it. We require our providers to protect your data and to use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
8. International data transfers
We operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where we transfer data out of the UK, the EU or Australia, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or a provider's certified transfer mechanism.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. Enquiry details are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and any period required for tax and legal reasons. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep the risk low and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
11. Your rights by region
European Union (GDPR)

You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fullsendglobal.com.
United Kingdom (UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018)

Australia (Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles)
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. We will handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you have a concern about how we have handled your data, contact us first, and if it is not resolved you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
United States, including California (CCPA and CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@fullsendglobal.com. We will verify your request before we act on it.
We respond to verified requests within the timeframe the relevant law sets. You can make a request yourself or through an authorised agent.
12. Children
This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy and how to contact us
We may update this policy as our business, tools or the law change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
